Bu safargi tadbir Namangan viloyati Uchqoʼrgʼon tumani «Halfato‘pi» mahalla fuqarolar yig‘inida tashkillandi. Olis hududlarni ichimlik suvi bilan ta’minlash ijtimoiy buyurtma loyihasi doirasida o‘tgan mazkur tadbirda mahalla faollari hamda NNT vakillari ishtirok etdilar.
Tadbir doirasida «Taraqqiyot» nodavlat notijorat tashkiloti vakili, loyiha bosh injeneri Shuxrat Azizov amalga oshirilayotgan ishlarning o‘ziga xos jihatlari to‘g‘risida, xususan tizim ta’minoti; texnik muammolarni bartaraf etish; kerakli qism va jihozlarni boshqarish masalalaridagi zaruriy axborotlar berib o‘tilib, loyiha ishtirokchilariga ishlarni kelgusida davom ettirish bilan bog‘liq masalalarni o‘z ichiga oluvchi “Suv tarqatish tizimini ekspluatatsiya qilish va texnik ta’mirlash bo‘yicha qo‘llanma” tanishtirildi.
Tashkilotning aholi bilan ishlash bo‘yicha eksperti Nurbek Pulatov esa ishtirokchilarga mazkur hududlar aholisini suv bilan ta’minlash borasidagi ishlarni tashkillashning iqtisodiy jihatlari xususida tushuntirishlar berib o‘tdi. Jumladan, tarif setkasi qanday asosiy parametrlardan iborat bo‘lishi, aholini suv bilan ta’minlashda narxlarni shakllantirishning asosiy jihatlari va bunda alohida e’tibor qaratilishi lozim bo‘lgan jihatlar kabi masalalar shular jumlasidandir.
Trening davomida ishlarning tashkiliy va texnik tomonlari keng muhokamadan o‘tkazildi, bu boradagi fikr va mulohazalar almashildi.

This time, the event was organized at the «Halfato’pi» community meeting, Uchqoʼrgʼon district, Namangan region. Neighborhood activists and representatives of NGOs participated in this event, which took place within the framework of the social order project of providing drinking water to remote areas.
Within the framework of the event, Shukhrat Azizov, representative of the non-governmental non-profit organization «Taraqqiyot», chief engineer of the project, spoke about the specific aspects of the work being carried out, in particular, system support; troubleshooting technical problems; the necessary information on the management of the necessary parts and equipment was given, and the participants of the project were introduced to the «Manual on the operation and technical repair of the water distribution system», which includes the issues related to the continuation of the work in the future.
Nurbek Pulatov, an expert of the organization on working with the population, gave explanations to the participants about the economic aspects of organizing work on providing water to the residents of these areas. In particular, such issues as the main parameters of the tariff set, the main aspects of price formation in the provision of water to the population, and the aspects that should be paid special attention to.
During the training, the organizational and technical aspects of the work were widely discussed, opinions and comments were exchanged.
