Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining “Ichimlik suvi taʼminoti va oqova suv tizimini yanada takomillashtirish hamda sohaadagi investitsiya loyihalari samaradorligini oshirish chora-tadbirlari toʼgʼrisida” 2020 yil 25 sentyabrdagi  Farmoni bilan belgilab berilgan vazifalar hamda imkoniyatlardan foydalangan holda, “Taraqqiyot” nodavlat notijorat tashkiloti Аndijon, Namangan va Fargʼona viloyatlarining 5 ta tumanidagi 6 ta olis hududlarni ichimlik suvi bilan taʼminlash ijtimoiy buyurtma loyihasi doirasida ishlarni boshlab yubordi. Uy-joy kommunal xizmat koʼrsatish vazirligi hamda “Taraqqiyot” NNT vakillari ushbu hududlarda loyihani amalga oshirish bilan bogʼliq tashkiliy jarayonlarni amalga oshirdilar.

Joriy yilning 18 fevral kuni holatiga koʼra, olis hududlarni ichimlik suvi bilan taʼminlash ijtimoiy buyurtma loyihasi doirasida quyidagi ishlar bajarildi. Baliqchi tumani “Yangihayot” MFY boʼyicha: Ushbu hududdagi 515 ta xonadonda jami 3 200 nafar aholi istiqomat qiladi. Loyiha boʼyicha aholining oʼsishi prognoz koʼrsatkichlari (15 yilga) 4 703 tani tashkil qiladi. Ushbu hududdagi ichimlik suvi obʼektiga pudrat tashkiloti sifatida «Saxovat unumi» MChJ biriktirilgan.

Loyihaga koʼra, mavjud ichimlik suvi qudugʼini taʼmirlash koʼzda tutilgan boʼlib, hozirda bu boradagi ishlar toʼliq bajarilgan. Sanitar himoya hudud atrofi temir setkalar bilan oʼralib, nasos xonasi va xlorator xonasi fundament va karkaslari tayyorlandi. Suv minorasi fundament beton qismi, karkas qismi va suv idishi tayyorlandi, olib kelinib montaj qilinishi kutilmoqda. Loyiha boʼyicha 13,8 km uzunlikdagi ichimlik suvi tarmogʼini tortish rejalashtirilgan.

Baliqchi tumani “Mallachek” MFY boʼyicha: Hududda 572 ta xonadon mavjud boʼlib, 2 850 nafar aholi istiqomat qiladi. Loyiha boʼyicha aholining oʼsishi prognoz koʼrsatkichlari (15 yilga) 4 188 tani tashkil qilmoqda. Ushbu hududdagi ichimlik suvi obʼektiga pudrat tashkiloti sifatida «Bunyodkor trans servis» MChJ biriktirilgan.

Loyihaga koʼra, 1 dona ichimlik suvi qudugʼini qazish rejalashtirilgan boʼlib, hozirda bu ishlar toʼliq bajarilgan. Sanitar himoya hudud atrofi temir setkalar bilan oʼraldi, nasos xonasi va xlorator xonasi fundamenti tayyorlanmoqda. Suv minorasi karkas qismi taʼmirlandi, suv idishi oʼrnatildi, olib kelib montaj qilinishi kutilmoqda. Loyiha boʼyicha 18,15 km uzunlikdagi ichimlik suvi tarmogʼini tortish koʼzda tutilgan. Pop tumani “Nayman” MFY boʼyicha: Mahalla fuqarolar yigʼinidagi mavjud 640 ta xonadonda jami 3 300 nafar aholi yashaydi. Loyiha boʼyicha aholining oʼsishi prognoz koʼrsatkichlari (15 yilga) 4 676 tani tashkil qiladi. Ushbu hududdagi ichimlik suvi obʼektiga pudrat tashkiloti sifatida «Namangan maxsus ihshoot qurilish» MChJ biriktirilgan.

Loyihaga koʼra, 2 ta ichimlik suvi qudugʼini qazish ishlari rejalashtirilgan boʼlib, hozirda shulardan bittasi boʼyicha ishlar toʼliq bajarildi. 2 ta mavjud sanitar himoya hududlari temir setkalar bilan oʼraldi, nasos xonalari fundamenti quyildi, karkas qismi tayyorlandi. 2 dona h-15 m karkas taʼmirlandi, 1 dona V-25 m3 yangi suv idishi oʼrnatildi. Mazkur loyihaga koʼra 32 km uzunlikdagi ichimlik suvi tarmogʼi tortiladi. Uchqoʼrgʼon tumani “Xalfatoʼpi” MFY boʼyicha: Ushbu mahalla fuqarolar yigʼinida 486 ta xonadon mavjud boʼlib, ularda jami 2 700 nafar aholi istiqomat qiladi. Loyiha boʼyicha aholining oʼsishi prognoz koʼrsatkichlari (15 yilga) 3 900 tani tashkil qiladi. Ushbu hududdagi ichimlik suvi obʼektiga pudrat tashkiloti sifatida «Murodil vaqt invest» MChJ biriktirilgan.

Loyihada mazkur hududga ichimlik suvi qudugʼini qazish rejalashtirilgan edi. Hozirda quduq qazilib boʼlinib, obsadka quvur tushirildi va sement bilan tamponaj qilindi. Sanitar himoya hududi temir setkalar bilan oʼralmoqda. Bundan tashqari ushbu hududda 1 dona yangi karkas kismi h-18 m, 1 dona V-25 m3 yangi suv idishi oʼrnatish hamda 14,6 km uzunlikdagi ichimlik suvi tarmogʼi tortilishi rejalashtirilgan. Quva tumani “Sultonobod” MFY boʼyicha: “Sultonobod” MFY hududida 600 ta xonadon mavjud. Ularda 3 000 nafar aholi yashaydi. Loyiha boʼyicha aholining oʼsishi prognoz koʼrsatkichlari (15 yilga) 4 244 tani tashkil qilmoqda. Ushbu hududdagi ichimlik suvi obʼektiga pudrat tashkiloti sifatida «Obi hayot qurilish injiniring» MChJ biriktirilgan.

Loyihaga koʼra, mazkur hududga ichimlik suvi qudugʼini qazish rejalashtirilgan edi. Hozirda quduq qazildi, obsadka quvur tushirilib, sement bilan tamponaj qilindi. 1 ta mavjud va yangi sanitar himoya hududlari temir setkalar bilan oʼralmoqda. Mavjud suv minorasi taʼmirlandi va 1 dona h-18 m yangi suv minorasi qurilib, 1 dona V-25 m3 suv idishi oʼrnatish uchun olib kelingan. Hududga 18 km uzunlikdagi ichimlik suvi tarmogʼi tortiladi. Loyihaga koʼra, 1 dona mavjud ichimlik suvi qudugʼini taʼmirlash va 1 dona yangisini qurish rejalashtirilgan boʼlib, hozirda mavjud suv qudugʼi taʼmirlandi va yangi suv qudugʼi qazilib, unda otkachka ishlari olib borilmoqda. Mavjud va yangi qurilgan suv quduqlari sanitar himoya hududlari temir setkalar bilan oʼralmoqda. 1 dona h-18 m karkas yangi tayyorlanib, fundamenti quyildi va montaj qilishga tayyor holatga keltirildi. Bu hududda 2 dona V-25 m3 yangi suv idishlarini oʼrnatish rejalashtirilmoqda. Loyihaga asosan 27 km uzunlikdagi ichimlik suvi tarmogʼi tortiladi.

Shuni alohida taʼkidlab oʼtish joizki, loyiha toʼliq amalga oshirilishi bilan yuqorida nomlari zikr etib oʼtilgan hududlarda istiqomat qiluvchi jami 20 056 nafar aholi markazlashgan toza ichimlik suvi bilan taʼminlanadi va kelgusida ushbu hududlarda istiqomat qiluvchi aholi sonining oʼsishi natijasida ularning safiga qoʼshiladigan 9 131 nafar aholining ham markazlashgan toza ichimlik suviga boʼlgan talabi qondirilishi kafolatlanadi.

Using the tasks and opportunities outlined in the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 25, 2020 «On measures to further improve the drinking water supply and sanitation system and improve the efficiency of investment projects in the industry», the NGO «taraqqiyot» began work within the framework of the social order project to provide drinking water to the housing and communal complex «taraqqiyot». Representatives of the Ministry of Public Utilities and NGOs conducted organizational processes related to the implementation of the project in these regions

As of February 18 of this year, the following works have been carried out within the framework of the social order project to provide drinking water to remote areas.

By MFC “Yangihayot” Balikchi district:

A total of 3,200 residents live in 515 apartments in the area. Population growth forecast figures for the project (up to 15 years) are 4,703. As a contracting organization, LLC «Saxovat unumi» is attached to the drinking water object in this area.

According to the project, the repair of the existing drinking water well is envisaged, and now the work on it has been fully carried out. The sanitary protection area was surrounded by iron sets, and the pump room and chlorator room were made fundament and frames. The water tower fundament concrete part, the carcass part and the water tank were prepared, brought and expected to be installed. According to the project, it is planned to pull a drinking water network with a length of 13.8 km.

Baliqchi district «Mallachek» MFY by:

There are 572 apartments in the area, with 2,850 residents. The forecast indicators of population growth according to the project (by 15 years) are 4 188. As a contracting organization, LLC «Bunyodkor trans service» is attached to the drinking water facility in this area.

According to the project, it is planned to dig 1 drinking water well, and now these works have been fully completed. The sanitary protection area was surrounded by iron sets, the pump room and the chlorator room fundament are being prepared. The carcass part of the water tower has been repaired, a water tank has been installed, it is expected to be brought and installed. The project provides for the weighing of a drinking water network with a length of 18.15 km.

according to Pop district «Naiman» MFY :

A total of 3,300 residents live in the existing 640 apartments in the neighborhood’s Citizens ‘ Assembly. Population growth forecast figures for the project (up to 15 years) are 4,676. As a contracting organization, Namangan maxsus inshoot Construction LLC is attached to the drinking water facility in this area.

According to the project, it is planned to dig 2 drinking water wells, and now work on one of them has been fully completed. 2 existing sanitary protection areas were surrounded by iron sets, pumping rooms were poured fundamenti, a carcass part was prepared. 2 h-15 m carcasses were repaired, 1 v-25 M3 new water tank was installed. According to this project, a drinking water network with a length of 32 km will be drawn.

Uchkurgan district «Khalfatopi» MFY by:

This neighborhood has 486 apartments in the Citizens ‘ Assembly, with a total population of 2,700. Population growth forecast figures for the project (up to 15 years) are 3,900. As a contracting organization, Muradil Vaqt invest LLC is attached to the drinking water facility in this area.

The project was planned to dig a drinking water well in this area. Now the well is dug and divided, the obsadka pipe is lowered and tamponized with cement. The sanitary protection area is surrounded by iron sets. In addition, it is planned to install 1 new carcass parts h-18 m, 1 v-25 m3 new water tank in this area, as well as a drinking water network with a length of 14.6 km.

Quva district “Sultonobod” MFY by:

On the territory of the MFY «Sultanabad» there are 600 apartments. They are home to 3,000 inhabitants. Population growth forecast figures for the project (up to 15 years) are 4,244. As a contracting organization, Obi Hayot Construction Engineering LLC is attached to the drinking water facility in this area.

According to the project, it was planned to dig a drinking water well in this area. Now a well has been dug, an obsadka pipe has been lowered and tamponized with cement. 1 existing and new sanitary protection areas are surrounded by iron sets. The existing water tower was renovated and a new water tower of 1 h-18 M was built and 1 v-25 m3 water tank was brought in for installation. A 18 km long drinking water network is drawn into the area.

Qoʼshtepa district “Oqtepa” MFY by:

A total of 5,006 residents live in 914 apartments in this area. Population growth forecast figures for the project (up to 15 years) are 7,476. As a contracting organization, LLC «Bunyod Boston» is attached to the drinking water facility in this area.

According to the project, it is planned to repair 1 existing drinking water well and build 1 new one, and now the existing water well has been repaired, and a new water well has been dug, in which otkachka works are being carried out. Existing and newly built water wells sanitary protection areas are surrounded by Iron mounts. 1 h-18 m carcass was freshly prepared, the fondamenti was poured and brought to a state ready for assembly. It is planned to install 2 v-25 M3 new water tanks in the area. Based on the project, a drinking water network with a length of 27 km is drawn.

It should be noted that with the full implementation of the project, a total of 20,056 residents living in the regions mentioned above will be provided with centralized clean drinking water, and in the future, as a result of the increase in the population living in these regions, the demand for centralized clean drinking water will also be guaranteed to be satisfied.
