{:uz}2019 yilning 10 iyunida «Taraqqiyot Markazi» nodavlat notijorat tashkiloti va O`zbekiston Respublikasi Iqtisodiyot va Sanoat vazirligi huzuridagi «O`zbekistonda Obod qishloq» loyihasini amalga oshirish guruhi o`rtasida shartnoma imzolandi. Shartnomaga asosan Taraqqiyot Markazi Andijon viloyatining qishloq joylardagi infratuzilma loyihalari doirasida eksperimental tarzda Ijtimoiy mobilizatsiya va fuqarolar faolligini oshirish yondashuvini tatbiq etadi. Eksperimental loyiha davomiyligi 5 oy. Loyihani amalga oshirish ikki bosqichda b`lishi ko`zda tutilgan: tuman hokimligi darajasida va qishloq miqyosida. Tuman hokimligi darajasida hokimlik va boshqa tegishli idora vakillari hududlarda ustuvor infratuzilmaviy kamchiliklarini aniqlash va eng muhtoj qishloq joylarini tanlashda aholi bilan bo`lgan muloqotni takomillashtirishi kutilmoqda. Qishloq miqyosida Taraqqiyot Markazi jamoasi aholini qishloqdagi barcha guruh vakillarini hisobga olgan holda ularning ehtiyojlarini ustuvorligini belgilab olishda ko`maklashishi va ularga Qishloq Barqarorlik Rejasini tuzishda yordam berishlari kutilmoqda. Natijada qishloq aholisi birdamnlikda infratuzilmaviy loyihalarini yanada qulay tarzda rejalashtirishga va davlat, hamda boshqa moliyaviy tashkilotlardan maqsadli sarmoya jalb eta olishga qodir bo`ladilar. On June 10, 2019, an agreement was signed between the non-profit organization «Taraqqiyot Center» and the group for the implementation of the project «prosperous village in Uzbekistan» under the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan. According to the agreement, the Development Center will experimentally implement an approach to social mobilization and increased citizen activity within the framework of infrastructure projects in rural areas of the Andijan region. The duration of the experimental project is 5 months.

The implementation of the project is envisaged in two stages: at the level of the district administration and on a rural scale.

At the district administration level, the governor’s office and other relevant office representatives are expected to identify priority infrastructure deficiencies in the regions and improve communication with the population when choosing the most needy rural areas.

On a rural scale, the Taraqqiyot Center team is expected to assist residents in setting priorities for their needs, taking into account all group representatives in the village, and help them draw up a rural sustainability plan. As a result, the villagers will be able to plan their infrastructure projects in a more convenient way and attract targeted investment from the state, as well as other financial organizations in solidarity.
