Tadbir O’zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti ma’muriyati, Vazirlar Mahkamasi, O’zbekiston Respublikasi Bosh prokuraturasi, «Yuksalish» milliy harakati, taraqqiyot strategiyasi markazi, Jahon bankining O’zbekistondagi vakolatxonasi, BMT taraqqiyot dasturi, Shveytsariya Konfederatsiyasi hamkorligida tashkil etildi va AQSh Davlat departamenti. Obodonlashtirish dasturlari doirasida amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar haqida jamoatchilikni o’z vaqtida va keng xabardor qilish maqsadida o’tkazilgan xalqaro konferensiyada mahalliy hokimliklar, tegishli vazirlik va idoralar, fuqarolik jamiyati institutlari, nodavlat notijorat tashkilotlari, xalqaro tashkilotlar, diplomatik korpus, ekspertlar hamjamiyati va ommaviy axborot vositalarining 250 dan ortiq vakillari ishtirok etdi, hal qilinadigan vazifalarni muhokama qilish, moliya institutlarining mablag’larini jalb qilish. O’zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti tashabbusi bilan o’tkazilgan «Obod qishloq» va «Obod mahalla» dasturlari doirasida 416 tumandagi 159 qishloqda qurilish va obodonlashtirish ishlari amalga oshirildi. 142 mingta yakka tartibdagi va mingdan ortiq ko’p qavatli bino, 3 ming kilometr yo’l ta’mirlandi. Uzunligi 2,5 ming kilometr bo’lgan elektr tarmoqlari, 2 ming kilometr suv ta’minoti tarmoqlari yotqizildi va ta’mirlandi. 2400 bozor va boshqa infratuzilmani qurish ishlari yakunlandi. 388 maktab, 313 maktabgacha ta’lim muassasasi, 168 tibbiyot muassasasi, 55 boshqa ijtimoiy ob’ektlar qurildi va ta’mirlandi. «Obod mahalla» dasturiga muvofiq 2018 yilda har bir shaharning kamida ikkita mahallasida obodonlashtirish ishlari amalga oshirildi. 2022 yilga kelib har bir shaharda 3 ta va undan ortiq mahallada ana shunday ishlarni qamrab olish ko’zda tutilgan. Shu bilan birga, ichimlik suvi tarmoqlari, elektr va gaz ta’minoti, kanalizatsiya tizimlarini qurish, o’rnatish va ta’mirlash, yer osti suvlari sathini pasaytirish ishlari bajarildi. Anjuman xorijiy tajribani keng o’rganish, xalqaro tashkilotlar vakillari bilan qo’shma loyihalarni batafsil muhokama qilish, shuningdek, davlat idoralari vakillari, ishbilarmonlar va aholi o’rtasida hamkorlikni yo’lga qo’yish uchun qulay imkoniyat bo’ldi. Yig’ilishda Taraqqiyot NNT ekspertlari rivojlanish dasturlarida jamoatchilikni jalb qilish mexanizmlari va Taraqqiyot NNT jamoasining qishloq joylarida jamoaviy boshqariladigan infratuzilma loyihalarini amalga oshirishdagi tajribasi haqida taqdimot bilan ishtirok etdilar. An international conference on «prosperous village» and «prosperous neighborhood» programs: first results and future plans»was held in Tashkent.

The event was organized in cooperation with the administration of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers, the prosecutor general’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Movement «Yuksalish», the Development Strategy Center, the representative office of the World Bank in Uzbekistan, the UN Development Program, the Swiss Confederation and the US State Department.

More than 250 representatives of local authorities, relevant ministries and departments, civil society institutions, NGOs, international organizations, the diplomatic corps, the expert community and the media took part in the international conference in order to timely and widely inform the public about the work carried out within the framework of improvement programs, discuss the tasks to be solved, attract funds from financial institutions.

Construction and improvement works were carried out in 159 villages in 416 districts within the framework of the «prosperous village» and «prosperous neighborhood» programs initiated by the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 142 thousand individual and more than a thousand multi-storey buildings, 3 thousand kilometers of roads were repaired. Electric networks with a length of 2.5 thousand kilometers, 2 thousand kilometers of water supply networks were laid and repaired. The construction of 2400 markets and other infrastructure has been completed. 388 schools, 313 preschool institutions, 168 medical institutions, 55 other social facilities were built and renovated.

In accordance with the» prosperous neighborhood » program, improvement work was carried out in at least two neighborhoods of each city in 2018. By 2022, it is planned to cover such works in 3 or more neighborhoods in each city. At the same time, work was carried out on the construction, installation and repair of drinking water networks, electricity and gas supply, sewerage systems, lowering the groundwater level.

The conference was a favorable opportunity for a broad study of foreign experience, a detailed discussion of joint projects with representatives of international organizations, as well as the establishment of cooperation between representatives of government agencies, businessmen and the population.

At the meeting, Taraqqiyot NGO experts took part in development programs with a presentation on the mechanisms of public engagement and the experience of the development NGO team in the implementation of collective managed infrastructure projects in rural areas.

At the end of the event, the proposals of international organizations and experts on the implementation of the «prosperous village» and «prosperous neighborhood» programs, feedback on the elimination of existing problems were summarized.
